Excessive weight sometimes make less confident. One way to overcome this is the diet. Diet should not be arbitrary, and therefore a healthy diet is necessary in order not to bad for health.
1.Eat on time
Most people often delay the time to eat because of reasons of busy work or activities are fun in something or on the contrary, they eat at a more rapid because the invitation of friends or other reasons. Well, this habit should be eliminated. Eat on time.
2. Eat regularly
If the morning breakfast, eat lunch, if night evening meal. Do not be.
3. Healthy Foods
Make your eating activity as an activity that has meaning and purpose, namely to be healthy. By eating foods lower in calories and contain nutrients for your body. Start with breakfast sufficient, multiply eat fruits and vegetables.
4. Low Calorie Food
Try to eat low-calorie menu first before eating the main menu. Maybe it could start with a broth soup, salad, vegetables, (spinach, kale, cassava leaves, pineapple leaves is fine) after that just go to the main menu, because the stomach is already full so your appetite is down.
5. Do not Eat Origin
Less foods that are not important. Moreover, if only laper eye, must not eat foods that are available. Think about whether it should or should not be eaten.
6. Use a plate with a smaller size
With a smaller plate, the amount of food that fit any smaller, so the amount of intake would be reduced.
7. Bring lunch
By bring their own lunch, we can reduce the portion of the house. It is also cheaper, healthier, and reduce use of plastic etc. if we are out of pocket.
8. Eat first before the invitation
Fill your belly with foods such as fruit, so that your stomach does not really follow the passions while in the invitation usually provide foods that are ‘exceptional’.
9. Reduce snacks
Reduce snacks to fill the empty time. Try to find activities that might reduce the time you’re snacking. Or try to snack foods such as cassava that can speed up your stomach to feel full.
10. Write on paper
Write things like, I already ate, my diet again, and the like in places where food is to motivate you not to eat anymore.
11. A month without sugar
It is said that by reducing the foods with sugar, then the excessive appetite and not important can be reduced thereby
12. Sport
Already many know it if sports is the main menu while on a diet. But usually it is the most lazy thing to do as well.
