Food for Healthy Mind

Today, our hectic and demanding, we have to put under great psychological pressure.The way we live our lives as our ancestors have changed almost beyond recognition.Imagine if you could take someone from 1500 and transported back in time 500 years. Of course, there would be changes, but basically the way people lived their lives would be more or less the same.

For example, people continue to make a living in the camps and the horse was stillthe main form of transport. Now imagine the same person taken from 1500 to today.One would think they were on another planet.

I remember working as an account manager for a large company and at the end of the day I was absolutely falling apart. Work under pressure and the time is really almost impossible to take its toll mentally. The most physical of my day was a cup of coffee to increase and this was part of the problem. I was put under psychological stress, exercise and not become lazy.

The food is to remain a very important mentally strong. If you eat fast food because of your commitments and time constraints, contain additives that gradually accumulate toxins in your body and affect physical and mental functions. It’s worse if you drink and / or smoke to deal with the pressure.

It is very important for your overall well-being to be what you are selective in your system. When you feed your body properly and give it a little exercise to help you heal your mind.
